About Mandla Qayiso

My name is Mandla Qayiso, I’ve been teaching dynamic flow yoga for over 3 years and have a Bachelors degree in Philosophy from the University of the Witwatersrand.

I received training and mentorship in the yoga system from a Hare Krishna monkย  in 2015, he taught me everything I needed to know about yoga and it’s been an amazing journey ever since ๐Ÿ™‚

My other hobbies include boxing and martial arts (Tang Soo Do) I am passionate about using yoga and meditation to develop and help the community through natural holistic health and wellness

I teach hatha Vinyasa and power yoga, and in each class I incorporate both stronger, more challenging poses meant to challenge the body and mind as well as some deep relaxing stretches meant to induce a calming meditative state, all of which are combined in a fun, dynamic flow. So if you’re looking to strengthen the body and mind, to breath and feel at peace my class might just be perfect for you ๐Ÿ™‚
