Stressed? Here is what you can do about it!
Stress is a feeling, an emotional reaction to internal & external events seemingly out of your control. Your biology is divinely designed to keep you safe & alive without your conscious effort or will.
The dangers we face today are not the same dangers as our ancestors faced hundreds of years ago. Although the stress is different, the same biology that kept our ancestors safe & alive is now hyper-reactive in today’s ever-changing and uncertain world, and it’s having huge repercussions on our enjoyment of life, our health & well-being.
Stress can feel overwhelming and relentless; and we know that it doesn’t just go away when ignored. Self-medication & pharmaceuticals have their hidden dangers as well.
